I loved how the hotel is just a short walk from Legacy Place, where you can find plenty of dining and shopping options, and the nearby Wilson Mountain Reservation offers beautiful trails for a peaceful stroll away from the city hustle.

Comfortable but Needs Attention

Our family enjoyed two nights in a spacious King Room with a Sofa Bed. Although the bedding was comfortable, the cleanliness of the bathroom fell short. An honest effort from management to clarify breakfast details would be beneficial. I recommend bringing snacks, as no microwave is available.

I had such a relaxing time soaking in the indoor pool and lounging in the cozy leisure room. The hotel offers great amenities like a spacious outdoor pool for some fun in the sun. The only hiccup was that it took a bit too long to get our room ready, but overall, it was a solid stay, I highly recommend it! 😊

Had a great time with friends! We visited TD Garden for a concert and explored nearby Legacy Place for shopping. The room was clean and the location was perfect for our plans. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

However, one of the main doors for access was broken during our stay. It made things a bit inconvenient since security felt lacking.

Family with children convenience

The pool was great plenty of towels and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good too, hit the spot every morning.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

The close proximity to local eateries like IL Massimo Ristorante and P.F. Chang's made dining a breeze. I loved having the option of Bamboo Restaurant right next door. The indoor pool was a nice touch too, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure.

The pull-out bed was lacking sheets, and we had no microwave or streaming options, which felt like a missed opportunity. Plus, breakfast not being included was a real bummer—especially when you're traveling with kids!

The Holiday Inn in Dedham had some nice features but plenty of room for improvement. The room felt clean and comfortable, which was a plus. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping things tidy. I loved the location as it was close to shopping and dining options. The bathroom, though, was quite small for someone tall like me, which was slightly inconvenient. The main issue was noise. The walls are thin. I could hear everything, from conversations to cleaning staff slamming doors. I tried to rest during the day but couldn't because of all the noise. The fitness center had good equipment but was uncomfortably warm, and despite asking for air conditioning help, nothing changed. There was also no bathtub drain stopper in my room, which meant no baths. Food was decent, especially the crispy bacon at breakfast. Thankfully, wireless internet was fast and reliable. All in all, the hotel could benefit greatly from addressing the noise issue and upgrading some facilities.

The indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved sinking into the comfortable mattress that made me feel right at home. Plus, the location is super convenient for exploring nearby eateries and shops!

my stay at holiday inn exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly responsive, and the room was clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing holiday. the temperature control was just right, and the beds were very cozy, perfect after a long day of activities.
